ARK Group DMCC intends to procure twelve (12) off-road motorcycles. Preferably Kawasaki KLX 300 or suitable alternatives.
The motorcycles will be used at a newly established Tactical Police Training Centre for the Haitian National Police (HNP) in northern Haiti.
This is an urgent requirement, and ARK is seeking offers from suppliers who can supply the motorcycles with short lead times.
Delivery must be made under Incoterms CIF: Cap Hatien although ARK will also consider EX-Works.

ARK, in collaboration with the Organization of American States (OAS), is supporting the development of a Tactical Police Training Centre for the Haitian National Police (HNP) in Morne Casse, situated in the northern region of Haiti. This project forms part of a broader stabilisation and institutional strengthening programme whi ch aims to enhance the capacity, resilience, and operational readiness of Haitian security forces. Given the prevailing security challenges in the area, including heightened risks related to civil unrest and organised crime, ARK requires a B6- certified armoured SUV to facilitate the secure movement of personnel engaged in project implementation and coordination.
ARK intends to procure one (1) B6-certified armoured SUV. Bidders must demonstrate their capacity to supply ship and deliver the vehicle to Haiti in accordance with the specified delivery terms. Only suppliers with substantial experience in delivering comparable vehicles to similarly complex or high-risk environments will be considered.

Given the current energy supply challenges in the region, including frequent power outages and increased demand for sustainable energy sources, ARK requires a high-efficiency solar panel system paired with a reliable generator to ensure continuous power supply for the training centre.
ARK intends to procure a Solar System, Generator, and the services of the firm for installation. Bidders must demonstrate their capacity to supply, deliver to Cap-Haitian and install the equipment in accordance with the 2 ITB-ARK100443 specified good and service terms. Only suppliers with substantial experience in supplying, delivering and installing comparable equipment to similarly complex or high-risk environments will be considered. The bidder will be required to conduct a site visit and propose the best suited option for the facility.

ARK Group DMCC is working with the Organization of American States (OAS) to establish a Tactical Police Training Centre for the Haitian National Police (HNP) in Morne Casse, located in the northern region of Haiti. This activity forms part of a wider national stabilisation and institutional strengthening programme aimed at enhancing the capacity, resilience, and operational capability of Haiti’s security forces. The training centre will include a fully operational indoor dining facility capable of preparing meals for approximately 50 personnel per course cycle. It will be flexible enough to scale operations in response to increased demand.
The kitchen will operate in a remote, austere environment with limited maintenance support and will be powered primarily by a solar energy system, with a diesel generator serving as a backup. Gas cylinders will also be used to fuel gas cooking appliances.
To meet this requirement, ARK intends to procure a full range of commercial-grade kitchen equipment that can perform reliably under high-demand, resource-constrained conditions.

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to select a qualified and experienced firm to supply Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for delivery. This ITB establishes a structured and transparent procurement process to identify a supplier that can reliably source and deliver high-quality PPE in compliance with ARK’s technical requirements. The selected supplier must be capable of sourcing, certifying, packaging, and providing the full requirement to ARK in Beirut.
